Ingredients

For 1 baking sheet:

  • 3 bars of milk chocolate
  • 3 bars of dark chocolate
  • 1 package of dried raspberries
  • 1 bag of coffee-crunch gourmet hearts
  • 1 bag of nougat gourmet hearts

Chocolate Bar with crunchy Gourmet Hearts
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Break the milk and dark chocolate into pieces and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Place the sheet in the oven and let the chocolate melt for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Remove the melted chocolate from the oven. Use a wooden skewer or fork to create patterns in the chocolate.
  5. Carefully sprinkle the raspberries and gourmet hearts over the melted chocolate to decorate.
  6. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely until firm.
  7. Break the chocolate into nice pieces and package beautifully as desired.
