Chocolate Bar with crunchy Gourmet Hearts
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 50 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Break the milk and dark chocolate into pieces and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the sheet in the oven and let the chocolate melt for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Remove the melted chocolate from the oven. Use a wooden skewer or fork to create patterns in the chocolate.
- Carefully sprinkle the raspberries and gourmet hearts over the melted chocolate to decorate.
- Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely until firm.
- Break the chocolate into nice pieces and package beautifully as desired.
