Overnight Oats with Crunchy Vital Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 150 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond)
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
  • A handful of fresh fruit (e.g. berries or banana)
  • 2–3 pieces of Wicklein Oat Vital Biscuits (e.g. cinnamon variety)
Overnight Oats with Crunchy Vital Biscuits
Preparation
  1. Mix: Combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder and plant-based milk in a glass or bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top: In the morning, add yogurt, fresh fruit and crumbled Vital Biscuits.
  3. Enjoy: Creamy, crunchy – and 100% plant-based, spoon by spoon.

Serve your breakfast in a glass jar with a small spoon and fresh berries on top – for an extra good start to the day.
