Gingerbread Tiramisu with Cherries
Ingredients
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 400 g quark
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 jar cherries, including juice
  • 2 packs of Wicklein Salted Caramel Elisen Gingerbread (150 g each)
Gingerbread Tiramisu with Cherries
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix quark, mascarpone, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and gingerbread spice into a fluffy cream. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour to firm up.
  2. Chop the Elisen gingerbread (except for 8 pieces) into small pieces and press them lightly into glasses. Drizzle a bit of cherry juice over them.
  3. Cover with the cream and add a few cherries on top.
  4. Finish with a gingerbread piece for decoration, and your quick tiramisu is ready!

This recipe is perfect for when you're in a hurry and is also suitable for kids, as it contains no alcohol. Enjoy!
